Bio

Bob Sierra is entering his 20th year at CMS in 2021-22, where he currently serves as Athletic Facilities and Sport Operations Manager, serving as a game-day facilities supervisor for several CMS sports (men's soccer, women's soccer, baseball, softball), and is responsible for the coordination of large-scale athletics events and national competitions.

Sierra has also spent the bulk of his 20 years at CMS as an assistant football coach and the director of football operations. An excellent technician, Sierra has regularly been called upon to contribute his talents as a football camp director. He has also spent the summer working at camps across the country, including the USA Football Camp, the Randy Town baseball camp and other various camps. 

Born and raised in Compton, California, Sierra began his coaching career in 1985 and has been a key member of the staffs at various high schools and colleges. He is a former three-sport athlete in football, wrestling and track at Norwalk High School and currently resides in Claremont.
