Accomplishments from High School: Played varsity basketball 2 years. Sophomore Year: 2nd Team all league for baseball. Junior Year: Was injured for half the season. Senior Year: 1st Team All-League, Prep League MVP, Team co-mvp, 1st Team All-CIF, All-Area, selected for San Gabriel Valley All Stars. Hit .447 with 7 HR. Went 6-2 with a 1.53 ERA.
