Stags Lead Nation In Double Plays

CMS finished the season with 56 double plays in 39 games and will lead the nation in the final Division III statistics with 1.44 double plays/game.  The next closest team is 0.25/game behind the Stags.  Among all three NCAA Divisions, only Southern Mississippi (currently ranked #14 in Division I) has more double plays per game (1.46).
