Mira Yoo - Women's Golf

After taking first place in her collegiate debut at the CMS Invitational, first year Mira Yoo (CMC) is named CMS Athlete of the Week. Despite making her first appearance of the season, Yoo's impact on the CMS women's golf program was already felt as she posted the lowest round in program history, scoring a 68 on the final day at Los Serranos Country Club. 

In the first round Yoo shot a 78 to finish tied for third alongside her teammate Emma Kang. She proceeded to beat her previous round by 10 strokes the following day, scoring four consecutive birdies starting at the fourth hole and finishing with six total birdies in the round. She finished the weekend two strokes over par at 146 (78-68).
