Bio

Bri DiPhilippo enters her third year as the Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Stags and Athenas of CMS in 2020-21. In her brief time at CMS, DiPhilippo has made an immediate impact within the CMS community. She has developed a training structure that not only focuses on movements that enhance sport performance and decrease risk of injury, but one that encourages athletes to have confidence stepping out of their comfort zones. Through her program, she inspires athletes to unlock their potential to pursue greatness.

DiPhilippo’s ability to relate with high academic and intellectual athletes comes as no surprise. Prior to Claremont, she worked as a strength and conditioning intern with the nation’s largest Division I athletic department, Harvard University.

No stranger to Division III athletics, DiPhilippo was a standout soccer player for the Castleton University women’s soccer team where she earned her B.S. in exercise science. She was a four-year soccer letterman at Castleton, where she earned all-conference and team MVP honors.

Upon graduating in 2017, DiPhilippo served as the graduate assistant coach for the Castleton women’s soccer team while receiving her M.S. in athletic leadership with a concentration in coaching.

When she is not working with the CMS varsity athletes, DiPhilippo is instilling a strong passion for health and wellness in others through her BriFit and Spin classes that can be taken by any and all CMS students and staff. She enjoys going to the beach, hiking and enjoying quality food with quality people.

DiPhilippo is a certified coach in USA Weightlifting Level 1 and in pursuit of the CSCS.
