2023-24 (Senior)
All-American ... USTFCCCA West Region Athlete of the Year ... SCIAC Athlete of the Year ... SCIAC Athlete of the Week (three times) ... Tied the highest finish in CMS/SCIAC history for a cross country runner (men or women) by coming in second at the NCAA Division III Championships with a time of 20:57.4, helping CMS finish fourth as a team ... Matched the second-place standard met by two other Athenas (Bryn McKillop in 2017 and Cindy Nagle in 1981) and one Stag (David Jiuiliano in 2001) ... Earned the NCAA West Region Individual Championship with a time of 21:32.8 ... Won the SCIAC Cross Country title with a time of 21:33.9 ... Finished second at the DIII Pre-Nationals with a time of 21:44.3, running 47 seconds faster on the same course at nationals to finish second ... Earned third place at the Mark Covert Classic against mostly a Division I field with a 17:29.4 over 5K ... SCIAC Athlete of the Week (four times) ... SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Earned the NCAA West Region title with a time of 21:41.3, winning by over 13 seconds ... Also earned the SCIAC title in 21:19.7, a victory margin of 37.7 seconds ... Captured All-America honors with a 39th place finish in sub-freezing temperatures (22 degrees when the race began) in Lansing, Michigan ... Earned regular season wins at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational (21:28.0) and the Redlands Invitational (15:57.9 over 4.5K) ... Captured National Athlete of the Week honors after her win at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational ... Came in third out of 395 runners at the Paul Short Run in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania ... Was the highest DIII finisher at the UC Riverside Invitational in 20:38.8.  

2021-22 (Sophomore)
All-American ... First-Team All-West Region ... First-Team All-SCIAC ... SCIAC Athlete of the Week (Oct. 4) ... SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Finished in the top 20 of every race she ran in her debut season, including 16th at the NCAA Division III Championships to earn All-America honors and help CMS to its highest-ever team finish (second) ... Earned third place at the West Region Championships to earn All-Region distinction in a time of 22:01.4 ... Came in fourth at the SCIAC Championships in 21:47.6 ... Earned third place at the Division III Pre-Nationals in Louisville, earning SCIAC Athlete of the Week honors after leading the Athenas to a first-place finish ... Came in sixth in her debut race at the Mark Covert Classic, finishing the 5K in 18:20.0 ... Earned a PR for a 6K at the UC Riverside Invitational in 20:42.5. 

2020-21 (First-Year)
SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Athenas did not compete due to COVID-19.

Prior to CMS
Attended Crescenta Valley High School, where she was a member of the cross country team ... Came in third at the Pacific League Championships as a senior with a PR of 18:06.2, helping Crescenta Valley to the conference title ... Finished 39th of 181 runners at the CIF Southern Section finals as a senior ... Played competitive travel softball in high school and was originally recruited for softball at CMS.

Personal
Attends Claremont McKenna, where she majors in human biology ... Also competes for the CMS track and field team in the spring.
