Laura is proud to call herself a true Mainer even though she doesn’t like lobster. She spent the summer as a foodservice management intern in Colorado, where the highlight of her experience was working the in the bakery. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, collecting t-shirts, standing on her hands in yoga classes and listening MC Yogi. She recently discovered her passion for gourmet condiments, specifically Sir Kensington’s Spicy Brown Mustard. Her coined phrase is “always with cinnamon” and her spirit vegetable is the Brussel sprout. She hopes to continue the palooza legacy this semester, making sure there is the correct ratio of grand and mediocre paloozas.
