USTFCCCA All-West Region ... SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Ran in six races, including representing CMS at the NCAA Regionals and NCAA Division III Championships ... Finished 33rd at the NCAA West Regionals in 25:32.9, earning all-region distinction ... Came in 146th at the NCAA Division III Championships in 26:18.9 on a snowy, frigid course in Lansing, Michigan ... Began the year with a sixth-place finish at the 6K Redlands Invitational in 18:42.0 ... Was 51st at the UC Riverside Invitational (against a largely Division I field) with a 24:34.2, which ranks him tenth in CMS history ... Was 70th out of 405 runners at the Lehigh Paul Short Run with a 25:06.5. 

2021-22 (Sophomore)
SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Competed in four races for the cross country team ... Earned 25th at the SCIAC Championships out of over 140 runners with a 25:45.7 ... Came in 11th place at the UC Riverside Invitational with a 25:32.5, a PR for an 8K race ... Ra a 25:43.2 at the DIII Pre-Nationals in Louisville to come in 57th against a national field of runners.   

2020-21 (First-Year)
SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Stags did not compete due to COVID-19. 

Prior to CMS
Attended Staples High School in Westport, Connecticut, where he was a member of the cross country and track and field teams ... Finished third at the FCIAC Cross Country Championships in 16:00 as a senior in 2019, helping Staples to the team title ... Came in 12th place out of 181 runners at the CIAC Division LL Championships ... Had a PR of 15:59.6 to come in fifth at the 2018 FCIAC Championships as a junior ... Captured the individual title in the 1000 meters at the FCIAC Western Division Indoor Track and Field Championships as a senior in 2020 ... Earned eighth place in the 3200 meters at the CIAC Combined Class LL Championships with a PR of 9:31.94 in his final outdoor track and field season as a junior in 2019.
