Attended The Kinkaid School in Houston, where he was a member of the cross country and track and field teams ... Also played soccer, where he helped Kinkaid to a second-place finish in the state tournament ... Academic accolades included World Language Honor Society, Honor Roll, High Honors, World Language Honor Society, and John Fontaine Memorial Scholarship honors ... Involved outside of athletics with the Kinkaid Student Diversity Leadership Board (SDLB ), Kinkaid Senior Peer Mentor, Kinkaid Admissions Office, Student Athletic Advisory Committee (SAAC), Kinkaid Governing Council, Kinkaid Hispanic Club, Houston Food Bank, Falcons for Pink Breast Cancer Awareness Event, and Habitat for Humanity.
