2022-23 (Senior)
SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Set a PR in the 5000 in his final race at the Occidental Invitational, finishing in 15:48.76 ... Was eighth in the mile (4:54.74) at the CMS Outdoor Indoor Distances Meet ... Finished sixth in the 5000 at the third SCIAC Multi-Dual hosted by CMS. 

2021-22 (Junior)
SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Competed in five meets during track and field season before being sidelined ... Had a PR in the 5000 at the Occidental Distance Carnival on March 12 in his final event of the year, clocking a 16:21.13 ... Finished 10th at the first SCIAC Multi-Dual at La Verne on March 5 with a 16:27.80 ... Competed in two races during cross country season. 

2020-21 (Sophomore)
SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Stags did not compete due to COVID-19. 

2019-20 (First-Year)
SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Competed in three events before the suspension of spring sports ... Ran the 3000 at both the Pomona-Pitzer All-Comers and the CMS Rossi Relays, picking up a PR at Rossis with a 9:36.23 ... Ran a 4:16.20 in the 1500 at a five-team SCIAC Multi-Dual at Whittier. 

Prior to CMS
Attended Sunset high School in Portland, Oregon, where he was a member of the cross country and track and field teams ... Set a new PR in the Metro League Championships in the 1500 meters with a time of 4:17.19 ... Had PRs of 2:06.36 in the 800 and 9:08.92 in the 3000 ... Came in first place in the 3000 meters in a dual meet with Mountainside.  

Personal
Attends Harvey Mudd, where he majors in computational chemistry ... Hobbies include hiking and camping in the mountains.
