2022-23 (Senior)
SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Qualified for the finals of the 1500 meters at the SCIAC Championships and came in eighth place in 3:57.42 ... Had his PR in the 1500 at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational with a 3:53.46, which was good for fourth place ... Won the 1500 at the first SCIAC Multi-Dual, hosted by Caltech ... Opened the year by finishing first in the 800 meters at the CMS Outdoor Indoor Distances Meet ... Part of the winning 4x400 relay team at the Pomona-Pitzer All-Comers Meet, and added a fourth-place finish in the mile (4:12.39) ... Second-Team All-SCIAC in cross country ... Ran a 25:53.6 at the SCIAC Championships to finish in 19th place and earn second-team all-league honors ... Part of the seven-runner contingent that competed at the NCAA West Regionals.

2021-22 (Junior)
SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Qualified for the finals of the 1500 meters at the SCIAC Track and Field Championships, earning eighth place with a 3;55.62 ... Followed that up with a PR in the 1500 at the Occidental Invitational in 3:53.84 to come in 12th ... Was second at the third SCIAC Multi-Dual in the 800 with a PR of 1:56.12 ... Came in fourth in the 1500 at the second SCIAC Multi-Dual hosted by CMS with a 3:59.58 ... Had a PR in the 5000 at the Occidental Distance Carnival with a 14;57.71 ... Ran in three events for the Stags during cross country season ... Earned 43rd place out of over 140 runners in the SCIAC Championships with a 26:38.3 ... Also finished 35th at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational in 26:11.9.

2020-21 (Sophomore)
SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Stags did not compete due to COVID-19. 

2019-20 (First-Year)
SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Competed in two meets before the suspension of spring sports ... Was eighth in the 1500 at a five-team SCIAC Multi-Dual hosted by Whittier, finishing in 4:09.35 ... Ran the 3000 at the Pomona-Pitzer All-Comers Meet, clocking a 9:12.95 ... Earned All-SCIAC honors in cross country with a 16th place finish at the league championships ... Also earned all-region honors by coming in 22nd place at the NCAA West Regionals ... Part of a CMS contingent that finished sixth at the NCAA Division III Championships in November. 

Prior to CMS
Attended Suffield Academy in Connecticut, where he was a member of the cross country and track and field teams ... Won the 3200 meter race at the Wesleyan Qualifier with a 10:09.39 ... Also set a PR in the 1600 at Wesleyan with a 4:32.35.
