2021-22 Track & Field (Junior)
NCAA Qualifier (3000 meters, indoors) ... SCIAC All-Academic Team ... USTFCCCA All-Academic Team selection ... Ran in the 1500 at the SCIAC Championships, qualifying for the finals and finishing 10th with a time of 3:57.44 ... Finished in first place in his final event of the year, taking the 1500 at the Redlands Final Qualifier in 3:58.26 ... Had his PR in the 1500 at the Bryan Clay Invitational with a 3:50.02, placing him No. 5 all-time in CMS history ... Was fifth in the 1500 at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational with a 3:52.36 ... Came in second in the mile at the CMS Outdoor Indoor Distances Challenges meet with a 4:20.27, and followed that up with a 4:12.71 at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational to place third ... Qualified for the NCAA Division III Indoor Track and Field Championships in the 3000 and came in 19th place ... Earned his way to indoors with an 8:13.67 at the Boston University Season Opener on Dec. 4, two weeks after competing at the cross country nationals ... Helped CMS to a sixth-place finish at the NCAA Cross Country Championships, coming in 59th with a time of 24:34.9 ... Earned All-Region honors with a 17th place finish, crossing the line in 25:23.9 ... Earned 14th at the SCIAC Champioships in 25:14.2 ... Earned sixth place at the DIII Pre-Nationals in Louisville with a 24:33.5.

2019-20 (Sophomore)
SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Competed in four meets before the suspension of spring sports ... Traveled to the University of Colorado Potts Open, where he competed in the 3000, coming in 12th with an 8:52.79 ... Closed out the year running the 800 at a five-team SCIAC Multi-Dual, coming in second with a 1:57.22 ... Part of a SCIAC Champion cross country team in the fall, finishing fifth to earn all-league honors ... Also finished fifth at the NCAA West Regionals to capture all-region accolades and was 90th at nationals to help CMS to a sixth-place team finish. 

2018-19 (First-Year)
SCIAC Champion (5000) ... USTFCAA All-West Region (5000) ... SCIAC Track Newcomer of the Year ... NCAA Qualifier (5000) ... SCIAC All-Academic Team … USTFCCCA All-Academic selection ... Won the 5000 at the SCIAC Championships in 14:42.67, with a dramatic comeback on the final lap to pass Pomona-Pitzer senior All-American Andy Rieschling ... Had a PR in the 5000 at the Occidental Distance Carnival of 14:24.67, placing second at the meet and putting him in fourth place in CMS history, while earning him a spot in the NCAA Championships ... Had a PR of 3:54.52 in the 1500 at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational ... Was sixth in the 5000 at the Bryan Clay Invitational at Azusa Pacific with a 14:28.64 ... Anchored the distance medley relay team to a first place finish at the Rossi Relays in 10:11.79, placing fifth in CMS history ... Won the mile at the Pomona-Pitzer All-Comers meet with a 4:14.26  Also a member of the CMS cross country team in the fall … Was the top finisher for the Stags in all three postseason cross country events, including a third-place finish in the NCAA West Regionals.

Prior to CMS
Attended Downers Grove North High School in Illinois, where he was a member of the cross country and track teams … A two-time all-state finisher, a three-time conference champion, and an eight-time all-conference award winner … Helped DG North to a state championship, a Midwest Regional Championship and a fourth-place finish in nationals in 2017 … Also helped his squad to a state runner-up finish in 2016 … High Honor Roll student and a National Merit Finalist … Member of the Downers Grove North Math Team and a National Honor Society member.

Personal
Attends Harvey Mudd, where he has a dual major in computer science and math ... Also competes on the track and field team in the spring.
