2019-20 (Sophomore)
SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Competed in four events before the suspension of spring sports ... Capped off the year by winning the 800 at a five-team SCIAC Multi-Dual at Whittier in 1:57.06, while also helping the 4x400 to a win in 3:19.86 ... Finished third in the mile at the CMS Outdoor Indoor Distance Challenge Meet in 4:38.35, while helping the CMS 4x400 relay team to a win in 3:26.08 ... Traveled to Boise State to compete in the Jacksons/Nike Indoor Invitational, where he came in fifth in the 800 in 1:57.74.

2018-19 (First-Year)
SCIAC Champion (4x400 Relay) ... USTFCCCA All-West Region (4x400 Relay) ... SCIAC Track Athlete of the Week (Feb. 18) ... Helped the 4x400 relay team win the SCIAC Championship in 3:19.43, capping off a team title for the Stags in the final event of the meet ... Qualified for the finals at SCIAC Championships in the 800 with a PR of 1:55.85, finishing sixth ... Helped the 4x400 relay team to first-place finishes at the second and third SCIAC Multi-Duals ... Had a PR in the 400 at the San Diego State Aztec Open with a 51.62, while also helping the 4x400 team finish first ... Won the 800 at the Pomona-Pitzer All-Comers Meet on Feb. 16 with a 1:57.91, earning him the SCIAC Track Athlete of the Week Award. 

Prior to CMS
Attended Westview High School in Portland, where he was a member of the track and field team … Finished second in the 800 meters at the 2018 OSAA State Championships … Won the 800 and anchored the first place 4x400 relay team at the 2018 Metro League Championship … AP Scholar with Distinction and a National Honors Society member.
