2018-19 (First-Year): SCIAC All-Academic Team … Set a PR in the 3000-meter steeplechase at the SCIAC Championships with a 9:30.16 to come in seventh place ... Also ran in the 5000 at SCIACs, finishing 11th with a 15:19.30 ... Was third in the steeplechase at the second and third SCIAC Multi-Dual Meets of the regular season, after finishing fourth in the first one ... Had a PR in the 5000 at the Occidental Distance Carnival with a 15:03.61 ... Ran a personal-best 4:06.92 in the 1500 at the Redlands Invitational.  

Prior to CMS
Attended Minnetonka High School in Minnesota, where he was a member of the cross country and track and field teams.
