Entering his sophomore season as a member of the CMS swimming and diving team, where he competes in the butterfly and freestyle ... Ranks No. 5 in CMS history in the 100 fly (49.26) ... Also has the second-best 100 fly relay split in CMS history (48.39). 

2019-20 (First-Year)
All-American (400 free relay) ... All-SCIAC (100 fly) ... CSCAA First-Team Scholar All-America ... SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Came in third place in the 100 fly at the SCIAC Championships to earn all-league honors, finishing in 49.26 to move into fifth place in program history ... Added a 12th place finish in the 50 free with a 21.09 and a 13th place finish in the 100 free in 46.87, totaling 31 points in his three individual events in a meet that CMS only won by 14 ... Part of a second-place finish in the 200 free relay in 1:22.22 ... Also helped the 200 medley and 400 medley relay B teams to first-place finishes in their heats to add 40 more points to the CMS total ... Won the 100 fly in a dual with Caltech ... Finished second in a 1-2-3 Stag finish (behind All-American teammate Marco Conati) in the 100 fly in a big dual win over Pomona-Pitzer.

Attended San Marin High School, where he was a member of the swimming and diving team … A two-time team Most Valuable Player … An eight-time member of the school’s Principal’s List … AP Scholar with Distinction … Also competed for the Marin Pirates club team … Was the lead swim instructor at the volunteer organization Make-a-Splash … A California Boys State attendee.
