Bio

High School: A multisport athlete in high school, in the context of baseball Andor was a three-year Varsity player taking the position of shortstop, thirdbase, and pitcher for Malibu High School… his junior year, he hit .340 while providing pitching support… as a senior spent the majority of his time on the mound… ended his last high school game pitching a two hitter, and winning Cy Young and 1st Team Tri Valley Champions for the team. 

2011: Was the closer for the Stags his Freshman year earning a 2.23 ERA. As a closer, he won 5 games in the season, and helped the Stags complete a 23-17 record. After winning two games in the California Collegiate Tournament, Andor Kesselman received the California Collegiate All Tourney award.

2012: Returned  as a closer and made one start appearance against Pomona.

2013: Switched from being a closer to a starter. With 11 games started, Andor tied the school record for complete game shutouts. His 2013 season, Andor finished with a 4.93 ERA.  Andor had 68 strikeouts throughout the season and was tied in leading the league in innings pitched at the end of the season with 84 innings. Andor unanimously won the most valuable pitcher title last year after his efforts. In two instances in the season, he struck out four batters in an inning including a three hit shutout appearance. He was voted into D3baseball.com's Team of the Weak for March of 2013. 

Personal: Andor Kesselman is the son of Cynthia and Todd Kesselman and lives in Malibu, CA. Andor is a Technology Policy Major at Claremont Mckenna College. Andor has one sibling- Zena Kesselman who is currently attending Princeton University.
