Sarah Tritschler - Volleyball

CLAREMONT, Calif. - Junior libero Sarah Tritschler averaged a whopping seven digs per set to help the CMS Volleyball team to a 3-0 week, remaining the only undefeated team left in the SCIAC (5-0). 

Tritschler had her signature performance in another dramatic five-set win at Whittier, totaling a career-high 38 digs (7.6 per set). That total eclipsed her previous career high of 32 digs that she set in a five-set win over La Verne last week.  

The defending national champion Athenas, who are currently ranked No. 5 in the nation, are back in action tonight at Roberts Pavilion to face Chapman in a battle for first place in the SCIAC, beginning at 7 p.m.
