Bio
First-team All-SCIAC (1965, 1966), second-team NAIA All-District III (1965), Team MVP (1965) and Team Captain (1966). As a senior center fielder, Arkell led the team in home runs (4), RBI (25), hits (39), total bases (57), and stolen bases (13). He had a .317 batting average as a senior.
