Bio

Hodgkins starred in two sports for the Athenas during her career, four seasons on the basketball and volleyball teams. For her performance as a senior, Hodgkins became the 1988 Scripps Athlete of the Year. Basketball achievements: SCIAC Player of the Year (1988), CMS MVP (1988) and captain of the SCIAC championship team (1988). CMS records held upon graduation: most blocks in a game, most rebounds in an SCIAC season, most blocks in an SCIAC season, best field-goal percentage in a career and a season, most rebounds in a career. Volleyball achievements: first-team All-SCIAC (1988), second-team All-SCIAC (1985), CMS MVP (1985, 1988), Team Captain (1986). After her CMS career, she played professional basketball in Germany for eight seasons.
