CLAREMONT, Calif. – During the 2016-17 academic year, the Claremont-Mudd-Scripps athletic department won 14 hard-fought regular season championships and five post season tournament championships in the Southern Californian Intercollegiate. At the annual SCIAC End of Year Banquet, CMS was awarded the Men's, Women's and Combined All-Sports Trophies. This is the seventh-consecutive year that CMS has earned all three All-Sports Trophies. CMS has come home with the women's trophy 22 times, the men's 40 times and the combined trophy 29 times, far out-numbering every other SCIAC program.
