Bio

Andrew Jones is entering his ninth year as the Director of Strength and Conditioning for CMS Athletics in 2023-24.  Jones earned a B.S. in exercise science from CSU Northridge before earning an M.S. in strength and conditioning from CSU Fullerton.  Prior to arriving at CMS, he had stops at College of the Canyons, UCLA, and Missouri Southern State University. 

Jones is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA, Strength and Conditioning Coach Certified through the CSCCa, and a Level 1 Coach through USA Weightlifting. 

Jones played football at Notre Dame High School, Sherman Oaks and College of the Canyons prior to pursuing his coaching career.  He is a native of Los Angeles and currently resides in Claremont with his wife, Kim, and daughter, Mackenna.
