Athena volleyball duo adds AVCA All-America honors to season’s list of awards

NEWPORT NEWS, Va. – Prior to the NCAA Division III Volleyball Championships, the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) announced its Division III All-America teams and two Claremont-Mudd-Scripps volleyball players were selected as honorable mentions.

Senior libero Megan Coleman (CMC) and junior opposite Audrey Breitwieser (CMC) were chosen as part of the elite AVCA All-America Teams.

The All-American duo leads CMS up against Wisconsin-Stevens Point in the quarterfinals of the NCAA Division III Volleyball Championships on Friday, Nov. 21 at 12:30 p.m. EST at Christopher Newport University in Newport News, Va.
