SCIAC All-Academic Team ... Finished third in the 100 back in a dual meet with Redlands ... Swam a 1:04.23 in the 100 back at the SCIAC Championships ... Also swam a 25.81 in the 50 free and a 56.22 in the 100 free. 

Prior to CMS
Attended Wando High School in South Carolina, where she was a member of the swimming team ... Also competed with the Wahoo Aquatic Club ... Helped Wando to five straight state championships ... Earned the Outstanding Senior Award in the science department ... Extracurricular activities included trash cleanup on weekends, self-defense classes, yoga and working as a waitress.
