Jennifer Clark returned to the sidelines for CMS in 2017 for her second tenure with the program, after previously serving as head coach for the Athenas from 2000-2003. She enters her fourth season back with the program in 2019, after leading the team to the NCAA Tournament Round of 16 last fall, matching the program's best-ever NCAA performance.

During her first tenure with CMS, Clark compiled a 37-32-8 overall record, was named SCIAC Coach of the Year in 2002, and led the team to its third SCIAC Championship in 2003.

Prior to her return to Claremont, Clark served three years as the associate Head Coach with the Castleton women's soccer program. In 2015, the squad finished with a 12-8 record and the regular season North Atlantic Conference Championship. Following her first season (2013) with the Spartans, she was honored NSCAA Northeast Region Assistant Coach of the year, winning the award over assistants in Division I, II and III. On the field she helped the team go 12-8-1 and reach its sixth consecutive NAC Championship game.

Prior to Castleton, Clark spent three seasons as an assistant at Middlebury College. While with the Panthers the team recorded its best three seasons in program history, including a trip to the NCAA Division III Final Four in 2013. Before her tenure on the Middlebury sideline, Clark spent four years as the Middlebury High School women’s soccer coach, and in her final season led the team to the state semifinals, the program’s best finish ever.

Clark’s first head coaching experience came at Christopher Newport where she led the team to a .781 winning percentage in her final year in 2000. Clark’s extensive resume is also filled with assistant coaching stops at the College of William & Mary, Colby College, Stanford University, and Dartmouth College.

Clark attended Dartmouth and graduated with a degree in Geography in 1994. She earned her USSF 'A' coaching license, and currently resides in Claremont with her family.
