CLAREMONT, Calif. -Ava Schmitt scored the game tying goal in the 54th minute of the second half, enabling the Claremont Mudd-Scripps women's soccer team to finish with a 1-1 tie against the Chapman Panthers on Wednesday night.

With the draw, CMS saw its record move to 4-1-1, while the final score ended without a winner for the first time of the season. Chapman moved to 3-1-2 with the tying finish.
