Uhr Named IWLCA DIII West Region Lacrosse Coach of the Year
As a result of leading the Claremont-Mudd-Scripps women's lacrosse team to a record-breaking 2018 season, head coach Lauren Uhr has been selected as the Division III West Region Coach of the Year by the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA).
The Athenas set a program record with 18 wins during the 2018 campaign, and won the SCIAC championship for the second season in a row. CMS won 18-straight matches during the season and advanced to the second round of the NCAA Tournament.
Coach Uhr has an 89-28 career record with CMS.
