Major: Science and Management with a Biotechnology Sequence

Athletic Accomplishments: Lacrosse - Team Captain, 1st Team All-League Portland OGLA Lacrosse, 2nd Team All-State OGLA Lacrosse, Team MVP, Academic All-American. Soccer - Team Captain, two-time 1st Team Portland Interscholastic League All-City, 2^nd Team All-State of Oregon 5A, Team MVP, Scholar Athlete. Basketball - Team Captain, 1st Team Portland Interscholastic League All-City, Honorable Mention All-State of Oregon 5A, Two-time Team MVP, Scholar Athlete.

Personal: Ellen Hails from the (503) aka P-town. She played for the Oregon Elite lacrosse club. Fun fact, the motto was “we hug trees.” Off the field, she is still on the field playing for the CMS Women’s Soccer team. Back in P-town, she played for Portland City United Soccer Club. At CMC, she is also on Senate, Campus Improvements Committee, and is trying to attend the Ath more. You can find her wearing two backpacks and two pairs of goggles (for lacrosse and lab) walking from the modules to the locker room. Parents are Eric and Susan Berkley, who still rep the (503), and brother Alec Berkley who started the migration to SoCal by attending Chapman University (Class of 2015). Ellen’s hobbies include eating healthy, bridesmaids trivia and walking fast with her long legs.
