Kristen Huff helped lead the Athena lacrosse team to their best ever record (15-2) and into the NCAA Championships. She finished the year ranked 11th in the nation (of 175 schools) in save percentage (.522) and 14th in goals against average (8.09).

Sarah Queener has joined Claremont-Mudd-Scripps as the new coach for the women’s lacrosse team. A native of Penn Yan, New York, Queener graduated from Yale University, where she was a four-year starter for the Bulldogs and was an important contributor during her senior year to their 2003 Ivy League title as well as their NCAA tournament appearance.
