Shea Manning rejoins the team for his second season on the coaching staff. Throughout college, he coached in the Northern Virginia Swimming League, the nation's largest summer swim league for children ages 5-18. He spent the last year working in account management at the Corporate Executive Board in Washington, D.C. During that time, he also served as the Assistant Swim Coach at Paul VI Catholic High School in Fairfax, VA. The team produced a National Catholic Champion in the 50 yard freestyle as well as a USA Swimming Scholastic All-American.

Manning is a 2007 graduate of Claremont McKenna College and a four year member of the team as both a swimmer and a diver. He is currently the only individual to be listed in the CMS All-Time Top Ten Performances List in both a swimming (200 Medley Relay) and Diving Event (1m and 3m). In the 2006 and 2007 seasons, he was voted by his teammates as the recipient of the Bo Schoenfeld-Most Inspirational Award. Manning resides in Upland.
