Basketball: As A Junior, played in all 25 games, started 1 game, averaged 4 points a game, shot 49 % from the floor, averaged 3 rebounds per game, and shot 71 % from the free throw line. Had 10 points against redlands, and 9 points against Pomona Pitzer.
As a Sophomore, shot 67% from the field for the season . . . Averaged 2.4     
points and 1.1 rebounds per game . . . Scored 10 pts (5 for 5 shooting) and 4 rebounds     
against Redlands. . . Played 6 games as a freshman .     
In high school, the J.J. Pearce Mustangs were the 02-‘03 Bi-District Champions and     
advanced to the Area Playoffs two consecutive years . . . Only sophomore on the Varsity     
team, Zach set school records for Most Points Ever by a Sophomore and Best 2Pt Field     
Goal Percentage in a Game at 100% (7-7). Selected Sophomore of the Year for District     
12-4A, Second Team All-City, and profiled in Varsity Speed Magazine . . . Named First     
Team All-District and First Team All-City as a Junior . . . Senior Year Team Captain,     
District Offensive Player of the Year, Second Team All-Region, First Team All-City, Team     
MVP, and Oil Bowl All-Star Game (Texas vs. Oklahoma) participant. Finished 2nd on     
school’s All-Time Scoring List with 1249 Career Points . . . AAU play included Dallas     
Hoops, Texas Flight, Dallas Mustangs, and Renaissance 2001 at the American Shootout,     
Best of Summer in LA, and Adidas Big Time.     

School: At CMC, a member of the Claremont Accounting Association and the     
Claremont Entrepreneurial Society . . . In high school, Co-Chair of the Student Athletic     
Council, Vice-President of the Math Club, and a member of the Math Honors Society and     
National Honors Society . . . Mustang Star Award, Tall Texan Scholarship, Teenage     
Citizenship Scholarship Recipient and Finalist, Sons of the American Revolution Award.     

Employment: This summer worked at Windes and McClaughry Accounting Firm as an intern in both the Tax and Audit Departments. Worked in the Mortgage Department at Tax Ease last summer . . . Works the chains at the Stags football games . . . Previous experience in a law firm, as a referee for the intramural department, and in a men’s clothing store.     

Personal: Zach is the son of Michele Garson Weismann and Scott Weismann and has one     
brother, Bradley. Besides sports, his interests include music, concerts and movies.
