CLAREMONT, Calif. - The Claremont-Mudd-Scripps women's golf team was recognized with All-Scholar Team honors by the Women's Golf Coaches Association for having one of the top 25 team grade point averages in NCAA Division III during the 2018-19 academic year, the organization announced today.

HOUSTON, Texas - The Claremont-Mudd-Scripps women's golf team played its way into the final grouping (top three) for the final round of the NCAA Division III Championships but couldn't make the run it needed to catch the teams in front as the Athenas ended the 72-hole championship in fourth place on Friday at the Bay Oaks Country Club.

HOUSTON, Texas - The Claremont-Mudd-Scripps women's golf team moved up from fourth place to third after the third round of the NCAA Division III Championships on Thursday, and will look to catch first-place Williams in the final round tomorrow, beginning at 9 a.m.

HOUSTON, Texas - The Claremont-Mudd-Scripps women's golf team shook off a slow start to keep itself right in the mix to repeat as national champions, standing in ninth place just nine shots back after the first of four rounds of the NCAA Division III Championship on Tuesday at the Bay Oaks Country Club.

CLAREMONT, Calif. - Senior Kelly Ransom earned the SCIAC Women's Golf Sportsmanship Award in a vote of the league's coaches, and was four members of the Claremont-Mudd-Scripps women's golf team chosen to the All-SCIAC first team, joining sophomore Emily Attiyeh, sophomore Mira Yoo and freshman Amy Xue.

PASADENA, Calif. - The Claremont-Mudd-Scripps women's golf team won its third SCIAC title in a row, rallying from 12 shots down after the opening round to win by 19, while freshman Amy Xue came back from eight shots down after two rounds to win the individual title by one stroke on Saturday's final round at the Brookside Golf Club.
