Over the weekend, the Claremont-Mudd-Scripps women’s golf team finished in third place at the three-day, 21-team Jekyll Island Women’s Collegiate Invitational at the par-72 Indian Mound Golf Course. The Athenas finished 10 shots behind first place Mary Hardin-Baylor and four shots behind second place Methodist University.

Athenas Finish As Top Division III Team At Season’s First Tournament

In its first tournament of the spring season, the Claremont-Mudd-Scripps women’s golf team finished as the top NCAA Division III team at the Super San Diego Championship and in sixth place overall in the 20-team field.
