Welcome to After the Whistle, a series of stories, articles, and letters from members of the Claremont-Mudd-Scripps Athletics Department. The purpose is to take you behind the curtain of the CMS Athletics Department and tell you the stories that don’t show up in the box score or postgame press releases. Founded in January 2018, After the Whistle provides fans with first-person stories and accounts of life for the Stags and Athenas. CMS Athletics is a unique department and After the Whistle allows fans to learn more about the special student, coaches, and staff members that make up our exceptional department.
