In your free time you like to: Catch up on my
three favorite TV shows: Smallville, Fringe, and Gossip Girl
Favorite sports to watch: Tennis, basketball, and
ice hockey
If you didn’t play college tennis, what college sport would
you want to play: Soccer or cross-country, because I love
to run.
Your ideal weekend get-away: Something that
includes a beach, tennis courts, and fresh-squeezed orange
juice.
Three essential things in your dorm room: The
“dancing carpet,” prints of my favorite paintings, and
candles.
Favorite quote or saying: "The difference between
'involvement' and 'commitment' is like an eggs-and-ham breakfast:
the chicken was 'involved' - the pig was 'committed'."
You couldn’t live without your: Bicycle
Best part of going to a small college: It’s
like being a part of one big family. Everyone knows everyone
else—a very welcoming, friendly, and supportive
atmosphere.
You love going back home because you miss
your….: Chocolate lab, Dakota, and the crisp
Seattle air.
One thing you hope you can do after you graduate, before
you have a full time job: My absolute dream would be to
take two months and go on a road trip through Central and South
America with my girlfriends.
You would never leave the house without: Checking
my email first.
The most daring thing you’ve ever done:
Proving to Costa Rican school teachers and administrators that I
was qualified to teach Environmental Education classes to their
students for a summer.
You wish you were brave enough to: Go
skydiving. I’ve always wanted to see the world like
that.
Best gift you’ve ever given: Tickets for a
date to spend the day at the L.A. County Fair and then to go to a
concert afterwards.
Best gift you’ve ever received: Love.
Last book you read for pleasure: I read the
Twilight series within the span of one week over this past winter
break. I now understand the obsession, and am not ashamed to
say it. Vampires rule.
