From 10 Freeway (traveling west):
Exit Monte Vista Ave. and turn right (north). After just over one mile, turn left on Arrow Route (not Arrow Hwy., which is first). After 0.5 miles, turn left on Mills Ave. and park along the street. The track stadium is behind the gym on the northeast corner of 6th and Mills.

From 10 Freeway (traveling east):
Exit Indian Hill Blvd. and turn left (north). After 1.5 miles, turn right on 6th Street. After 0.75 miles turn right on Mills Ave. and park along the street. The track stadium is behind the gym on the northeast corner of 6th and Mills.

From 210 Freeway (traveling east):
Exit Towne Ave. and turn right (south). Turn left on Foothill Blvd. Turn right on Claremont Blvd. Turn right on 6th Street. Turn left on Mills Ave. and park along the street. The track stadium is behind the gym on the northeast corner of 6th and Mills.

From 210 Freeway (traveling west):
Exit Baseline Road and turn right (west). Turn left on Monte Vista Ave. Turn right on Claremont Blvd. Turn right on 6th Street. Turn left on Mills Ave. and park along the street. The track stadium is behind the gym on the northeast corner of 6th and Mills.

Take 210 West to the Hill Ave. exit in Pasadena. Exit at Hill Ave. Turn left onto Hill Ave. Turn right onto California Blvd, then left onto Wilson Ave. Turn left into the parking lot for Tournament Park (about ¼ mile south of Wilson). There is a gate onto the track from the park.

Fresno Pacific University

Take 210 West 50 miles to 5 North. After about 60 miles take the 99 North 128 miles and exit Chestnut Ave. and turn right. Go north for 3.5 miles and turn right on Hamilton Ave. Park in the parking lot on the southeast corner of Hamilton and Winery. The track is east of the parking lot.

Take 210 West 50 miles to 5 North. After about 60 miles take the 99 North 132 miles to the 41 North. Exit Shaw Ave. and turn right. Turn left on Cedar Ave. Turn right on Barstow Ave. There is a parking lot on the left. The track is south of Barstow along Cedar.

Take 10 West to 57 South and exit on Temple Ave. Turn right and drive 2.3 miles to Bonita Drive.  Turn right and park in lot F.  Walk east across the lot and take the tunnel under Temple to the south side of the street where the track is.

Take 210 West to 134 West to the Colorado / Figueroa Blvd exit. Merge onto Colorado Blvd. and head west to Eagle Rock Blvd (about 1 mile). Turn left onto Eagle Rock Blvd. Turn left onto Westdale Ave. (there is a light) Turn right onto Campus Road. Park along Campus Road (as close to Alumni Ave. as possible). Walk into the campus on Alumni Ave. The track is off to the left.

Take 10 East 30 miles. Exit at University St. and turn left. Go north to Brockton Ave., and turn right. Take the first left into the parking lot for the stadium.

Take 10 West 4.5 miles to 57 South.  Drive 22 miles to 5 South.  Take 5 South 4 miles to 55 South.  Take 55 South 5.5 miles to 73 South.  Drive 2 miles, exit University Ave. and turn left.  Turn right on Mesa Road after about one mile.  Park in the parking structure on right (there is a fee).  The track is to the west of the tennis courts that are adjacent to the parking structure.

Take 10 East 10 miles to 15 South. Drive 97 miles to 163 South. Take 163 to 52 West. Take 52 West six miles to 5 North. Exit Genessee Ave. and turn left. Turn left on Torrey Pines Road. Take first left on North Point Drive. Parking lot is on right. Track is north of North Point Drive.

Alternate (about 10 miles shorter, but can take longer): Take 10 West (five miles) to 57 South (21 miles) to 5 South (78 miles). Exit Genessee Ave. and turn right. Turn left on Torrey Pines Road. Take first left on North Point Drive. Parking lot is on right. Track is north of North Point Drive.

Take 210 West (becomes 134 West then becomes 101 North) 132 miles.  Exit Highway 217/UC Santa Barbara and take it 2.5 miles to the University East Gate.  Turn right on Mesa Road after entering the campus  Turn left on Stadium Road.  Park in Lot 30 on the left (parking fee required).  The track is to the southwest of the parking lot.
