Andrew Bogrand

 ‘Metro,' as he is known on the team, is a two-time National Qualifier and defending SCIAC Champion in the Javelin. His personal best of 202'4" ranks 3^rd on the CMS All-Time Top 10 list. Andrew has had to overcome a broken bone in his pelvis during the last two seasons, which has limited his training. However, as the most consistent and hardest-working man on the team, he has not let that deter him from huge strength and technical gains this Fall, along with being a Semi-Finalist for the Rhodes Scholarship.

Andrew hails from Portland, Oregon where he attended Jesuit High School. He hopes to attend Cambridge or Oxford University to pursue his post-graduate studies upon graduation and his third trip back to the NCAA Championships in Marietta, Ohio.
