2018-19 (Senior): SCIAC All-Academic Team … 
Came in fourth place at the SCIAC Championships in the 1500 with a 3:57.49 ... Set a PR in the 1500 at the Bryan Clay Invitational with a 3:55.14 ... Finished fourth in the 800 at the third SCIAC Multi-Dual with a 1:56.12 ... Was third in the 1500 at the second SCIAC Multi-Dual with a 4:02.33 ... Helped the distance medley relay team to a first-place finish at the Rossi Relays with the fifth-best time in school history (10:11.79), running the 800 leg in 1:58.7. 

2017-18 (Junior): All-SCIAC (1500) ... Finished second in the 1500 at the 2018 SCIAC Championships, running a 3:57.32 (beating his time in the prelims by almost 10 seconds), earning All-SCIAC honors ... Also finished 19th at SCIACs in the 5000 with a 15:53.30 ... Won the 1500 at the third SCIAC Multi-Dual (hosted by CMS) with a 3:59.62, and won the 800 at the second SCIAC Multi-Dual (hosted by Whittier) with a 1:56.97 ... Had a PR in the 5000 at the Occidental Distance Carnival with a 15:04.08.

2016-17 (Sophomore): All-SCIAC (1500) ... Finished in second place at the SCIAC Championships in the 1500 with a 3:56.19 ... Won the 1500 at the second and third SCIAC Multi-Duals ... Helped the distance medley relay to a second-place finish at Rossi Relays. 

2015-16 (First-Year): Came in sixth place at the SCIAC Championships in the 1500 with a 3:59.55 ... Finished second in the 1500 at the first SCIAC Multi-Dual, then came in fourth in the 5000 at the second Multi-Dual ... Helped the distance medley relay team to a second-place finish at the Rossi Relays with a 10:06.55, the fourth-best time in school history.

Attends Harvey Mudd College, where he majors in engineering ... Spent the summer (2018) on an internship in the sports division of Intel in Portland, Oregon ... Also ran on the cross country team in the fall, earning one of the seven spots on the Stags team in 2018 that shared the SCIAC West Regional Championship and competed at nationals.
