Ducey Cup signals start to 2019 season for Men's Tennis

CLAREMONT, Calif. - Morning rain didn't deter the forty-one Stags Tennis Alums - spanning class years 1957 through 2017 - from participating in the annual Ducey Cup Alumni Match on Saturday. The scheduled 9 a.m start was pushed back to 11 a.m. to allow the courts to dry, with doubles matches shortened from 8-game pro-sets to 10 point match tie-breaks over four rounds of play.

No. 6 CMS opens their season at the Biszantz Family Tennis Center on Saturday, Feb. 23 with a double-header against Brandies and Hope International. The Stags take on No. 21 Brandeis at 10 a.m. and Hope International at 6 p.m. All 2019 home dual matches will be live streamed.
