GREENSBORO, N.C. - Frank Applebaum finished 10th in the 200 IM, Lucas Lang finished 11th in the 500 free, and the 200-yard medley relay team came in 10th place as the Claremont-Mudd-Scripps men's swimming and diving team picked up 27 points to stand in 13th place after the first day of the NCAA Division III Championships at the Greensboro Aquatic Center.

LOS ANGELES, Calif. – The Claremont-Mudd-Scripps men’s swimming and diving team’s 200-yard medley relay (Anderson Breazeale, Evan Deedy, Frank Applebaum, Dylan Krueger) took first place, and Breazeale set a SCIAC record with the opening leg of the 800-yard freestyle relay (1:37.29) to help the Stags finish second, as Claremont-Mudd-Scripps opened up nearly a 50-point lead on the first day of the four-day 2024 SCIAC Swimming and Diving Championships at East Los Angeles College.
