Preseason golf rankings have Stags at No. 15 in D-III
CLAREMONT, Calif. – The Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA) released its 2014-15 preseason polls on Aug. 28 and the Claremont-Mudd-Scripps men's golf team is ranked 15th, receiving 178 points. CMS makes the poll after winning the SCIAC championship in 2014 and making an appearance in the NCAA Championships.
CMS has now won 10 SCIAC championships in program history and has made three-straight appearances in the NCAA Championships. CMS is one of three SCIAC programs in the top-15 nationally in the preseason rankings.
