Biography: Katherine, known by most as KJ, grew up in Monrovia with parents Ron and Cynthia.  She played for the SGV Flyers Club Team while attending Alverno High School.  She is currently a French major at Scripps and enjoys doing crafty things, going to the beach and watching The Office.  In the future, she hopes to live in another country, perhaps France, for a while and do something involving childcare or child development.

"For the past two years, I have enjoyed getting to know KJ both on and off the field.  From her crafty moves and solid play on the field, to her subtle jokes and amusing sarcasm off the field, KJ is always full of surprises.  She improves from game to game and has stepped into her senior position on the team with both skill and grace.  As a great player and an awesome friend, KJ always exceeds my expectations."
