Accomplishments from college: Played in 34 of 39 games in his freshman season batting .264 across SCIAC games…Season Highlights: 2/4/2014 – Recorded his first college hit against Master’s College…2/15/2014 – Recorded a three hit game as part of an extra-inning win vs. Pomona-Pitzer…Finished season with a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage.

Accomplishments from high school: Four Year Letterwinner, three year starting catcher and closing pitcher for Valley Christian (Dublin) High School…as a senior captain, he helped lead the Vikings to their second consecutive NCS championship game…as a junior, he led the league in stolen bases and set a team record for doubles… BCL East First Team All League, Varsity MVP, and Honorable Mention Awards…NCS Scholar Athlete… Played Summer Baseball with the Danville Hoots (2012) and Bercovich (2013)… Won Babe Ruth National Championship (2011)

Favorite thing outside of baseball: Evan is an avid fan of the Oakland Raiders and San Francisco Giants and enjoys watching them beat up on weaker teams around the league. Evan also enjoys playing basketball with his brother, reading the Bible, and playing music.
