Adam Singer - Men's Soccer

CLAREMONT, Calif. – Adam Singer returned to action at center back for the CMS men's soccer team after missing all of last season with an injury and led a Stag defense that allowed only nine shot attempts over two games combined in picking up a pair of shutout wins. The defense allowed only four shots in an opening day win over Providence Christian, then yielded only five shot attempts to UC Santa Cruz on Sunday. 

In addition to leading a young defense to a strong opening weekend, Singer also contributed on the offensive end, coming forward to score off a corner kick in a 2-0 win over UC Santa Cruz for his second career goal.

The Stags will next be in action for their SCIAC opener on Wednesday against La Verne, beginning at 7 p.m.
