Tyra Abraham - Track & Field

CLAREMONT, Calif. – Junior Tyra Abraham (SC) is named CMS Athlete of the Week after a standout performance at the Aztec Invitational hosted by San Diego State University this past Saturday. Competing in the 100-meter dash, the reigning national champion posted a season-best 11.98 at the event, low enough to be the fastest mark at the time of recording.

Abraham also competed in the 200m, posting a time of 25.37 at the event. Her season-best 25.30 at the SCIAC Multi-Dual is the sixth best time among all Div. III participants this season.
