Lucas Owan - Football

CLAREMONT, Calif. – Senior Lucas Owan (CMC) couldn’t write a better ending to his Claremont-Mudd-Scripps football career, as his breakout performance against rival Pomona-Pitzer earned him Athlete of the Week. In his final game as a Stag, Owan stepped up with several big plays, catching his first two touchdowns of his collegiate career. The senior had four total receptions for a total of 76 yards; including a 42-yard catch to the end zone to give CMS a 17-0 lead in the third quarter.

Prior to his game against the Sagehens, Owan’s career-high in receiving yards came against Washington and Lee on Sept. 17, when he caught three balls for 62 yards.
