Tyler Gaffaney – Men’s Basketball

(11/24 – 11/30) – In a pair of wins by CMS as part of the annual David Wells Classic, Gaffaney averaged 21.5 points, six rebounds and 3.5 steals. He connected on 13-of-23 shooting from the field, 4-of-7 shooting from the three-point line and 13-of-15 shooting from the free-throw line. He tallied 12 rebounds, seven assists and two steals. In a key West Region 55-34 win over Lewis & Clark on Nov. 28, Gaffaney led CMS with 23 points, 18 of which came in the second half. In the following game, a 71-55 win over Grove City, Gaffaney scored 20 points to go along with seven rebounds, five assists and a steal. Through six games this season, he has averaged 19.3 points, 6.5 rebounds and 4.2 assists.
