Director of Recreation, Manager of Roberts Pavilion

Chris joined CMS Recreation in April of 2016. Before coming to CMC, he worked for 5 years as the Assistant Director of Recreational Facilities and Operations at Stanford University. While there he worked with games and event management, and also had the opportunity to open two new recreation facilities on their campus. Chris has always been passionate about recreation, health and wellness. He's had the joy of working as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and rehab assistant. He and his wife live in the area with their rambunctious dog, Batman the boxer!

Club Sports and Intramural Coordinator

Matt Joined the CMS Recreation team in August of 2016 as the recreational sports coordinator. Originally form Chicago, Illinois, he graduated from the University of Louisville with his Bachelor’s degree in 2013. He went on to complete his masters work in Sport Administration at the University of Louisville in 2015.

Facilities and Recreation Coordinator

Enrique grew up in the Inland Empire, and attendted to Our Lady of Assumption here in Claremont, then Damien High School in La Verne, so naturally he feels very much at home here at CMC. He attended Arizona State University and earned a bachelor’s of science in Criminal Justice and Criminology. As an undergrad he worked in Campus Recreation and did so all 4 years. He enjoyed the work he did in Campus Rec and chose to continue working in the field as the Facility & Intramural Sports Supervisor.
