Media Requests

All media requests (interviews, photography, broadcasting, etc.) must go through CMS' Sports Information Office. Please contact Sports Information Director Matthew Fenton (matthew.fenton@cms.claremont.edu) for more information.

Interviews of Student-Athletes, Coaches and Administrators
Interviews other than those immediately following a contest must be requested and arranged through the Sports Information Director. Interviews and photo sessions will be arranged by the Sports Information Director at a time that will not interfere with the student-athlete's academic schedule or coach or administrator’s daily responsibilities. Requests should be made at least one day in advance to allow proper notification to the player, coach, or administrator.

CMS locker rooms are closed to all media. A 10-minute cooling off period will be enforced following each contest, after which the CMS head coach and requested players will be made available to the media. Postgame interviews will be conducted outside each team's respective locker room. Requests for visiting coaches and players should be made through the opponent's sports information contact.
